RallyGift collects information from Contributors and Organizers in order to operate the platform, process contributions, support payouts, send transactional communications, and help prevent fraud.

From Contributors

  • Email address
  • Phone number, if provided
  • Contribution amount
  • Messages to Organizer

From Organizers

  • Email address
  • Rally details
  • Stripe Connect onboarding information, collected by Stripe

3. Third-Party Services

RallyGift uses third-party services to help process payments, store platform data, deliver emails, and host the platform.

Stripe Payment processing and Stripe Connect payout setup.
Supabase Database hosting and platform data infrastructure.
Resend Email delivery for transactional platform emails.
Hosting providers Infrastructure used to operate and deliver the platform.

Each provider has its own privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain data as long as necessary to:

  • Operate the platform
  • Comply with financial regulations
  • Resolve disputes
  • Prevent fraud

Users may request deletion subject to legal and financial record requirements.
